Our company (hereinafter referred to as Xingye), a modernized enterprise boomed from 1985 in Ningbo, is the vice-president of China Nonferrous Metal Industry Association and one of the leading manufacturers of high precision copper alloy plates and strips in China. Our parent company, Xingye Copper International Group Co., Ltd., successfully listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2007 (stock code: 0505).
Our products are high precision tin phosphorous bronze plates and strips (including beryllium bronze strips), high precision lead frame strips (copper and iron alloy, nickel and silicon alloy), high precision nickel silver strips, high precision brass plates and strips, pure red copper plates and strips and high performance copper alloy C7025. Our products are widely used in electronic communication, home appliance, auto mobile and power transmission.
The manufacturing plants are located in Hangzhou Bay Development Zone, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province and Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province, which occupy an area of 350,000 square meters, over 1000 employees and have the production capacity of an annual output of 80,000 tons of copper alloy plates and strips. The production and sales rises up from 60,000 to 70,000 tons recent years and has become the second largest plant of copper alloy strips in China. The major users are Sino-foreign joint ventures and foreign-owned enterprises and some products are exported to Southeast Asia, South America, Europe, Japan and India.
From 2003 to 2013, the sales volume was maintained stable growth at 20% every year, especially for lead frame material strips getting the growth at 50%.
We were the only high precision copper plates and strips manufacturer that participated in the Super Large-scale IC Matching Material Project under the 863 Program. And the study paper Production Key Technology for C194 Alloy for Lead Frame and Key Technology and Scale Production of C7025 (Cu-Ni-Si) High Performance Copper Alloy Strip both got the First Prize of Science & Technology from China Nonferrous Metal Industry Association.
The brand San Huan was awarded China Famous Brand and China Top Brand, Ningbo Export Products Top Brand. And in Sept. 2012, our company was awarded The Top Ten Enterprise of China Copper Plate and Strip Industry.
Our company has passed the International Quality Manage Systems Certificate as ISO9001:2004, ISO1400:2004, GB/T28001-2001 and ISO/TS16949:2009.
Our company has made and began to implement the Five Year's Plan from 2011. Technological transformation and equipment supporting are in process by importing the whole set of advanced equipment from Germany, Japan and the USA.
Improving service ability is also on the way. We set up integral marketing system, increase logistics distribution and provide other related material trading.
